Job Responsibilities
- Manage end to end MFS-Educare Curriculum training administration
- Plan annual curriculum training schedule
- Monitor and ensure timely availability of curriculum courses and smooth course registration
- Implement measures to maximise attendance take up rate
- Update learning records in Learning Management System promptly
- Generate reports in relation to attendance and evaluation
- Administer SUSS ECEL & Work Study Program and ECDA Professional Development Programs
- Provide admin support in nominations, registration of the SUSS ECEL Program and ECDA Professional Development Programs
- Plan the mentoring schedule and manage the coordination works of SUSS ECEL Program
- Work closely with ECDA to maintain the awardee list up to date, follow up on the status of the nomination of the Professional Development Program
- Administer Sponsorship of Certificate and Diploma programs
- Work closely with training vendor to find out the upcoming intake for sponsored programs, plan and publish sponsorship opening at least twice a year
- Attend to staff queries regarding sponsorship
- Participate and support in projects as assigned by Reporting Officer
Job Requirement
- A good degree from a reputable university and 2 years of experience in Learning & Development
- Ability to speak, read and write in English and Mandarin effectively and able to translate messages into Mandarin
- Ability to communicate clearly and work with a wide range of stakeholders
- Excellent organisation, time management skills and meticulous attention
- High energy level and able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to critically evaluate dynamic work situations and propose solutions
- Positive mindset, proactive and strives for personal excellence
