We are seeking an experienced HR professional to provide maternity cover within the Leadership & Talent team. This role will be responsible for managing key Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives, supporting leadership development programmes, and ensuring smooth execution of L&D strategies and projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Enhancing L&D Strategies to Strengthen NFC’s Learning Culture: Implementing and enhancing high-impact L&D initiatives. Align these initiatives with business priorities, ensuring employees from different departments at different levels develop skills relevant to their roles and NFC’s evolving needs.
- Tracking and Measuring Learning Outcomes: Oversee end-to-end tracking, analysis, and reporting of learning effectiveness in collaboration with the team and stakeholders. Utilise data-driven insights to evaluate learning impact, ensuring continuous improvement and ROI on L&D initiatives. Familiar with and experienced working with the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model.
- Stepping Up on Existing Efforts: Leverage industry best practices, optimise existing learning interventions, frameworks, and content based on employee feedback and business needs. Identify opportunities to integrate solutions for a more engaging and scalable learning experience.
- Empowering Growth: Strengthen NFC’s self-directed learning culture by embedding the 70-20-10 model. Empower employees to take ownership of their growth through curated learning pathways, various learning platforms, and peer learning initiatives.
- Enhancing Learning Policies / Practices: Review and refine learning policies, guidelines, and frameworks to support a structured and impactful learning culture and ecosystem.
Job Requirements:
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience in talent development, education or learning and development. Possess Degree qualification in any field
- Strong expertise in leadership development, competency frameworks, instructional design, learning strategies and technologies.
- Proven ability to align L&D strategies with business objectives and drive measurable impact.
- Confident in working with senior leaders to design and execute leadership and capability development programmes.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, coaching methodologies, and digital learning solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, project leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and organisation-wide L&D initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage leaders and staff across all levels of the organisation.
