The HR Intern plays a key role in supporting the implementation, documentation, and maintenance of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives within NFC’s HRIS team. This role offers hands-on involvement in automating HR processes using UiPath and Python, contributing to project documentation, conducting code reviews, and ensuring post-implementation support.
You will work directly with HR technology experts to improve efficiency, data accuracy and overall workflow performance. If you are passionate about digital transformation in HR, eager to learn and have a sharp eye for optimization - this internship is for you.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
RPA Projects
- Support the design and implementation of new automation workflows using UiPath and/or Python
- Participate in code reviews of existing automations and propose improvements for efficiency, maintainability and sustainability
- Assist with gathering and documenting business and technical requirements for automation solutions
- Provide post-deployment support, troubleshooting issues and updating workflows as needed
Others
- Offer ad-hoc assistance on daily operational tasks within the HRIS team
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal documentation and process standards
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Information Technology or a related discipline (or currently a final-year student in a similar program)
- Proficiency in Python programming, especially in data wrangling and automation logic
- Experience or familiarity with Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath automation (exposure to UIPath is a plus)
- Competency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail, a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
