We are looking for a motivated and committed Learning and Development (L&D) Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship promises hands-on experience in L&D, which requires the intern to assist in a variety of projects and tasks aimed at enhancing staff’s learning experience across NFC. The internship serves as an excellent opportunity to gain exposure in developmental work in a nurturing corporate environment, working alongside a team of experienced professionals.


Job Responsibilities:
1) Data Collection & Analysis: Collect feedback from learning, analyze data from training evaluations, and provide insights on improving training programmes / experiences, content and delivery.

2) Research & Trend Analysis: Conduct research on the latest L&D trends and best practices. Present findings on topics such as emerging learning technologies, engagement techniques, and professional development tools.

3) Support Learning Initiatives: Help with organizing employee workshops, webinars, and seminars. Assist in the execution of team-building events and skill development sessions.

4) Collaborative Projects: Work with cross-functional teams to align learning objectives with business goals, contributing ideas for innovative learning solutions that drive employee growth and development e.g. exposure to Talent Development work.

5) Ad hoc Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing training calendars, maintaining documentation records, and ensuring smooth coordination of L&D activities.

 

Job Requirements:

  • University undergrad pursuing a degree in Arts, Social Science, Humanities, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong interest in learning and development, human resources, communications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Design software (Canva etc)
  • Proficient in data organization, reporting, and dashboard creation with tools like Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, or relevant dashboards to assist in evaluating transference of learning
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to interact with staff across all levels of the organisation
