Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, Corporate Development

We are a Social Enterprise that is seeking for a highly motivated & driven professional in corporate development. You will play a key role in driving corporate planning tasks and cycles in the organisation and provide support for the development and implementation of the corporate strategy. This includes analysing departmental plans, making proposals and presentations, and monitoring timelines and deliverables. You will also conduct research and analysis to better inform management of the latest competitive landscape and key trends.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the annual planning and budgeting cycle with key responsibilities such as planning and scheduling the budget meetings, coordination with stakeholders for planning inputs & materials, and presenting the key outcomes / insights to the management
  • Support corporate planning activities, which include the organisation and facilitation of regular discussions, workshops and planning retreats for board of directors and senior management
  • Monitor progress of strategic initiatives and Balanced Scorecard KPIs for regular reporting to senior management and board of directors
  • Gather, analyse and organise information through industry research and market analysis and make recommendations on how the findings impact NFC
  • Provide secretariat support for senior management engagements, including weekly management meetings

 

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written
  • 3 to 5 years of proven track record with relevant experience in corporate planning and market intelligence research
  • Able to work independently and a good team player
  • Capable of multi-tasking
  • Confident and comfortable in engaging stakeholders of all levels
  • Proactive and thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • A recognised degree in business, economics, engineering or finance
  • Good proficiency in Google Workspace and visualisation tools such as Data Studio
  • Knowledge on markets and competitors in the early childhood development sector is a plus
