The incumbent is responsible for the overall management of the organisation's facilities and will support the planning, design, construction, maintenance, and operation of all centres. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, facility management, and preferably mechanical and electrical engineering.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning of new projects and cyclical maintenance
  • Oversee the construction of new facilities and renovation of existing centres
  • Manage the maintenance and repair of facilities
  • Optimise the use of space and resources
  • Manage the procurement of goods and services related to construction and FM
  • Manage and monitor performance of external vendors
  • Ensure that all facilities meet required standards in health, safety, cleanliness


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in facilities/ estate management, engineering, architecture or a related field
  • More than 3 years of experience in facilities management, construction or a related field
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude, eager to learn, proactive and inquisitive
  • Possess data processing skills (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Ability to read technical drawings and use AutoCad a plus
