Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement corporate learning initiatives that support department-specific and organization-wide training needs through targeted initiatives and digital platforms
    • Plan and organise learning activities and initiatives tailored for HQ departments to strengthen employee capability and engagement
    • Collaborate with HQ departments to identify training needs, curate and roll out relevant learning opportunities to the departments
    • Regularly update and enhance The Learning Pantry to keep it a relevant and engaging learning resource platform for employees

  • Manage overseas learning journeys and facilitate post-trip professional sharing
    • Manage all logistical arrangement for overseas learning journeys including claims processing
    • Collaborate with HR-L&T team, travel agent, delegation leads, and participants to ensure smooth coordination before, during, and after trips
    • Organize professional sharing sessions to disseminate key insights, foster employee learning and enhance NFC’s visibility in the international ECE community

  • Manage Sponsorship of Certificate and Diploma programs
    • Liaise with training vendors to track upcoming intakes for sponsored programs, and plan and announce sponsorship opportunities at least twice annually
    • Attend to employee queries regarding sponsorship

  • Manage the nomination and maintenance of ECDA Professional Development Programs
    • Manage nominations of ECDA Professional Development Programs
    • Work closely with ECDA to keep the awardee list updated and monitor the status of nominations for the Professional Development Program

  • Participate and support in projects as assigned by Reporting Officer

 

Job Requirements:

  • A good degree from a reputable university and 2 years of experience in Learning & Development
  • Experience in some design work (e.g. newsletter)
  • Ability to speak, read and write in English and Mandarin effectively and able to translate messages into Mandarin
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Excellent organisation, time management skills and meticulous attention
  • High energy level and able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to critically evaluate dynamic work situations and propose solutions
  • Positive mindset, proactive and strives for personal excellence
