We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Executive, Business Development to play a critical role in supporting the growth of NTUC First Campus’ new business ventures. This role requires a strong focus on project management, operational execution, and research, with the ability to create high-quality presentations and business documents to support decision-making and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and resourceful - able to move seamlessly between planning, coordination, execution, and the creation of impactful materials that communicate ideas effectively.

Job Description:

  • Plan and conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry scans to support business development opportunities under guidance from Manager.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, escalating issues to manager where required.
  • Support cross-functional coordination by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas with manager, and consolidating follow-ups.
  • Assist with monitoring budgets and KPIs (with oversight from managers).
  • Maintain trackers, databases, and dashboards for business development initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in business development, research, or project coordination.
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and research analysis.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive in execution.
  • Strong written and visual communication skills.
  • Excellent project management skills with strong organisational ability.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to deliver accurate, thorough, and well-structured work.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with a commercially savvy approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other presentation/visualisation tools.
  • Effective communicator with strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
