We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Business Operations Centre Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about engaging with parents and students, delivering excellent service, and playing an active role in the enrolment and growth of our centre.
As a key member of the team, you will not only support day-to-day customer service and enrolment processes but also act as an ambassador of the centre — representing our values, programmes, and commitment to quality education.
Job Responsibilities:
- Acquire a strong working knowledge of the centre’s programmes, services, and processes.
- Ability to deliver a professional and high-quality service experience in a customer-facing role.
- Achieve or exceeding enrolment targets while maximising lead conversions
- Deliver a smooth post-enrolment experience, including orientation and onboarding for parents and students.
- Take ownership of customer concerns and ensure timely resolution within established service standards (SLAs).
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow and a seamless client experience.
- Support the customer support function in driving continuous improvement of processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, enrolments, and feedback.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma qualification or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service, front desk, or enrolment role (experience in the education sector is an advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage parents and students positively.
- Customer-oriented, with a passion for engaging with parents and children.
- Motivated and proactive in achieving enrolment goals while maintaining excellent service standards.
- Being effectively bilingual would be a strong advantage.
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Willing to work shift hours and on both Saturdays and Sundays (2 weekdays and 2 weekends).
- Flexibility to work across different centre locations as rostered.
- Good to have knowledge of CRM systems, though being open and willing to learn is just as important.
