KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Total Rewards Programmes Management

  • Support the implementation and administration of the organisation’s Total Rewards programmes, which includes preparation of files, templates, communications materials

Performance Appraisal and Promotion Cycles Support

  • Assist in the management of the performance management system to ensure a timely and smooth cycle
  • Consolidate appraisal data and prepare materials to support performance calibration meetings
  • Support in performance management system enhancements
  • Support the execution and administration of promotion cycles

Analytics and Reporting

  • Compile and prepare data/report related to total rewards, performance appraisals, and promotions to support analysis and decision-making
  • HR Operations and Administration for Senior Management and HR Department
  • Manage and process employee lifecycle transactions such as new hires, transfers and terminations
  • Maintain and update employee records and data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Maintenance of digital personnel files

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR roles, preferably with exposure to total rewards, compensation, and performance management
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous with a focus on accuracy and consistency
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel 
  • Experience in HR systems (e.g. SAP Success Factors) is an advantage
