As part of the HR workforce planning team, you will play a key role in supporting applicable government grant administration for the organisation and related reporting, tracking and maintaining critical workforce data to enable and support planning, as well as partnering relevant HR teams to ensure adequate staffing for new pre-school centres based on regulatory and centres' operating requirement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in applicable government grant administration, including the preparation of supporting documents and reports required for grants submission and audit, liaising with regulatory authority on administrative matters pertaining to grant submission and audit.
  • Compile, track and update workforce data metrics  (stock and flow, as well as staff deployment) in dashboards, manpower templates, surveys and reports on a monthly and ad-hoc basis while ensuring accuracy of data/info provided 
  • Recommend and update staff deployment plan taking into consideration centre’s manpower needs to ensure adequate staffing based on regulatory and centres’ operating requirement.
  • Any other supports required to support Workforce Planning deliverables and outcomes


Job Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in any discipline, fresh diploma holder welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in working with large amount of data and data tools (e.g. MS excel).
  • Relevant experience in HR and/or manpower planning and good analytical skill is an added advantage.
  • Good communication, visualisation and interpersonal skills, meticulous and pay attention to details.
  • Can-do attitude, team player and able to work independently.
