This role focuses on creating social and media content, working alongside the content and communications team in order to create the content needed for our consumers. You will be responsible for creating new assets to post, sourcing stock photography, shooting and editing your own photography and video to post, creating motion graphics or short videos, creating infographics and concepting new ways to connect with our consumers.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets.

Build social media profile for organisation and its relevant suite of products & services, heighten presence in line with its branding, through use of creative content, ‘live’ videos, infographics, illustrations and/or animations to engage audience. 

Owner of the organsation’s content calendar

Plan, develop, execute, publish and monitor the content across social media activities, including user management and suggestion of content optimisation etc

To develop (in-house) relevant marketing assets required to support the marketing efforts of the organisation's suite of products & services, including basic design, copy editing and proof-reading.

Work closely with internal stakeholders, colleagues from other entities and external stakeholders (corporate partners etc) to explore potential content partnerships and promotional activities to engage viewers/members

Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned


Job Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good presentation, pitching and messaging skills in the areas of content production, digital journalism, videography, social media marketing etc.

Utilize various digital publishing platforms

Good knowledge of various software (Adobe Creative Suite, Premier Pro, Publishing Softwares, Facebook Content Management etc)

Digital marketing and analytics knowledge and skills are essential

Team player with the ability to learn quickly and a passion for getting the job done

Communication and interpersonal skills to work in multidisciplinary and cultural environment

Attention to detail applied to both creative and numerical output as well as overall project delivery
