As a Senior/Business Analyst, you will be working closely with the users to achieve the desired outcomes of SN2. This will involve understanding the business needs, helping users to streamline and simplify business processes, exploring innovative solutions in leading change and making the business units more efficient. You will also be translating the streamlined processes into IT requirements and work with the technology teams to ensure the timely implementation of SN2.


Job Responsibilities:
a) Work with users to elicit and document the business needs, and apply appropriate techniques such as Design Thinking / Service Design / Process Redesign to derive gaps and challenges in the current-state, and to design future-state design and solutions

b) Facilitate the prioritisation and negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders

c) Collect, analyse, synthesize and draw insights from user research, workshop output and other data points to formulate hypothesis and recommendations

d) translate the requirements to IT requirements for the technology teams to implement

e) Ensure the successful completion of product testing by developing the test plan and relevant test documentation, and facilitating the execution of the product testing by the users

f) Ensure effective change management for product rollout

g) Develop and maintain project deliverables, such as requirements documentation, user guide, operation guide and training guide

 

Job Requirements:
a) Diploma/Degree with minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst

b) Participated in at least one full application/product development cycle, preferably using Agile methodology

c) Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills

d) Ability to learn quickly and apply

e) Good communications skills with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders

f) Confidence in managing ambiguity and the ability to put across sophisticated concepts in an understandable manner

g) Familiarity with methodologies such as Design Thinking / Service Design / Process Redesign
