The incumbent partners with Talent Acquisition (TA) recruiters and other HR teams to deliver a seamless candidate experience. You will support talent acquisition workflows and continuously work to improve our recruitment and onboarding processes to create a positive experience for new hires.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with TA recruiters, HR Employee Central and HRBP teams to deliver a seamless candidate experience to create a positive impression among candidates from selection to onboarding.
  • Provide administrative support for recruitment activities within the Talent Acquisition Team (such as pre-employment medical checks, coordinating of work pass application, reference checks etc.)
  • Ensure tight follow through of onboarding documents and liaison with new hires for timely completion.
  • Ensure positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage requisition workflows, data and approvals within the Applicant Tracking system (ATS)
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive recruitment information and records.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years working experience using MS Office / Google Suite. Prior experience in HR systems (Success Factor, PageUp) is preferred.
  • Strong in administrative processes, meticulous and has a keen eye for details.
  • Excellent team player and works well with tight timelines.
  • Able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
  • Comfortable in working with voluminous data
