We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Senior Executive to oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for early childhood educator roles and corporate positions. This role requires strong recruitment execution capabilities, system proficiency, and a genuine passion for the early childhood education sector. You will partner closely with hiring managers and external institutions to attract, engage, and hire quality talent in alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for early childhood educators and corporate roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to the organization's evolving needs.

  • Source and engage candidates through multiple platforms, including job boards, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, and social media.

  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., MOM, ECDA).

  • Build partnerships with universities, polytechnics, and training institutions to develop a strong and sustainable talent pipeline for early childhood roles.

  • Represent the organization at career fairs, roadshows, and networking events to promote our employer brand.

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate regular reports on hiring metrics and progress.

  • Leverage data-driven insights to refine sourcing strategies, shorten time-to-hire, and improve recruitment outcomes.

  • Collaborate with internal HR teams to ensure smooth transitions from offer to onboarding, maintaining system integrity and data accuracy across platforms.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or any related discipline.

  • 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the early childhood sector.

  • Passion for early childhood education and a sound understanding of the sector’s workforce needs.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and modern recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals).

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools, including the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Calendar).
