Job Responsibilities:
- Process end-to-end payroll for foreigner resignees (including submission of IR21)
- Assist in payroll activities such as leave recovery, CPF submissions, 1 time upload, government-paid claim submissions, WICA reimbursements, negative pay follow-up, reports, leave and benefits administration, etc
- Assist in the year-end preparation and submission of IR8A
- Participate in SF project including UAT, data migration, go live and post-production support
- Ensure compliance with local statutory rules and regulations for all pay related matters
- Respond to employees’ queries and provide support to departments when needed


Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Finance or any related discipline
- 3-5 years of payroll experience for at least 1000 headcount in a local setting
- Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, CPF and Income Tax legislation
- Experience with SAP / SuccessFactors system will be an added advantage
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a changing environment
