Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategise and execute corporate planning cycles and sessions for internal and external stakeholders
  • Responsible for execution of senior management’s regular engagements, including weekly meetings, quarterly workshops and annual budgeting and planning process, including secretariat duties
  • Identify problems and opportunities, and develop strategic options and criteria to stakeholders for decision making
  • Collaborate closely with senior management and internal departments for alignment of strategic projects, and to expand the social impact across the organisation and beyond
  • Participate in strategic projects that will support the organisation in achieving its vision
  • Monitor progress of strategic initiatives and KPIs for regular reporting to senior management and board of directors
  • Gather, analyse and organise information through industry research and competitive market analysis to inform strategy development
  • Support strategic planning activities, which include the organisation and facilitation of regular discussions, workshops and planning retreats for board of directors and senior management


Job Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written
  • Confident and comfortable in engaging stakeholders of all levels
  • Capable of managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Strategic-minded, proactive and thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • An innate sense of curiosity and strong analytical mind
  • Strong number sense and meticulous to details
  • Helicopter mindset - able to look at the broader picture as well as zoom into details where required
  • Experience in executing multi-stakeholder and/or innovation projects preferred
  • Knowledge on markets and competitors in the early childhood development sector is a plus
  • A recognised degree in business, economics, engineering or finance
  • 4 to 6 years of proven track record with relevant experience in corporate planning and strategic project roles
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and visualisation tools such as Data Studio and Tableau
