The Senior Manager - Consumer Insights and Analytics, sits within the Brand, Communications and Marketing team. In addition to working closely with the Brand and Marketing teams for consumer insights, research, tracking and analytics, he/ she will partner the Business Insights team to answer business questions.

a. Within BCM – insights to help in marketing strategies
b. Work with business insights team to analyze data for consumer and customer insights
a. Track monthly competitors’ activities
1. At least 10 years’ experience in consumer research and insights, preferably with experience gained from both agency and client sides.
2. Quantitative and qualitative research experiences preferred, with competency in market research tools such questionnaire design, digital research.
3. Strong analytics skills to make sense of numbers and storytell with it. Business analytics background a plus.
4. Keen understanding of using consumer insights (backed up with data from research and analytics) to influence marketing and business decisions.
5. Ability to collaborate across business units and departments.
6. Proficiency in using statistical software i.e. SPSS, SAS.
