BUSINESS UNIT / DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW 

The Human Resource (HR) Department is dedicated to NFC’s People First value. The HR team is responsible for a wide range of functions that support both individual employee needs and the overall strategic goals of NFC. By fostering a positive and productive work environment, the HR department ensures that employees are motivated, engaged, and equipped to embrace dynamism to remain relevant and stay ahead.

POSITION OVERVIEW 

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR professional to join our HR Shared Services team. As Executive, HR Shared Services, you will play a vital role in delivering efficient, consistent, and high-quality HR services to employees and business units. Your contributions will support our commitment to operational excellence and a positive employee experience, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant employment regulations.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Service Delivery

    • Ensure that all HR processes are executed efficiently, consistently and in a timely manner across the employee lifecycle.

    • Provide end-to-end support for HR processes to business units and employees. 

    • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems, ensuring data is updated and compliant with legal requirements.

    • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in line with company policies and data protection regulations.

    • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve issues in a timely and professional manner and escalate to appropriate teams/specialists if required.

  • HR Operations & Projects

    • Assist with the administration of HR programs and ensure consistency and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

    • Support HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and service delivery.

    • Support the automation and digitalization of HR processes to increase efficiency.

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline and enhance HR service processes.

    • Support HR reporting, audits, and data analytics to drive actionable insights.

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related discipline


Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment 


Skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset

  • Proficient in HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) and productivity tools including Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, etc.) 

  • Familiarity with local employment regulations and HR best practices
