In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Enrolment Advisor team in sales and administrative functions as well as gain exposure to the early childhood care and education landscape. You will be seen as a trusted advisor to assist parents of prospective students who are considering enrolment in our preschools.
With our support in your professional development, we will help to identify your goals and develop your expertise in organisation and customer service skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Administrative support to the Enrolment Advisor team with verification of documents and data entry of child transactions into SkoolNet, CMS and HubSpot including:-
- Child Transactions: Enrolment, Withdrawal, Transfer, Notification of Change, Special Approval, Student Pass Application, Promotion of Children
- Retrieval of documents for audit purpose
- Handles queries from new parents and provide support whenever needed
- Liaise with both external and internal stakeholders such as ECDA subsidy officers, licensing officers, financial assistance officers to facilitate and resolve enrolment and subsidy/financial assistance application issues. Internal stakeholders include HQ colleagues such as Admin, Finance, CSS, etc
- Advise/counsel parents of prospective students who are considering enrolment in our preschools.
- Support leads/manager, Customer Experience in following up with leads and cleaning up data in SkoolNet and HubSpot lead module.
- Coordinate facilities tours for parents, partners and others as requested.
- Other related duties as required or assigned.
Job Requirements:
- GCE 'O' level holder and above
- Min 1-2 years relevant experience in handling customer service/ administrative.
- Have excellent communication skills, with an eye for detail.
- Good influencing and relationship building skills
- Self-motivated, resourceful and with high level of initiative
- Be a strong team player.
