Job Responsibilities:
Programme Planning and Design
- Design, plan and prepare activity content to meet children and market needs
- Identify new areas of operation to enhance programme
- Undertake appropriate risk assessments and health and safety plannin
- Ensuring all activities are carried out within Standard Operating Guidelines
- Develop programme plans, training and plan logistics to ensure successful and safe delivery
- Oversee team to ensure that all kit and equipment is available for programme
implementation
- Implement surveys and review programmes based on feedbacks from external stakeholders
Relationship building and communication
- Assist in recruiting, training, and managing Adjunct Outdoor Instructors
- Work closely with team to ensure effective communication of the resourcing needs to
deliver high quality programmes and experiences
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including community
organizations, businesses, and educational institutions.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and internal BUs/external partners to foster
collaboration
Involvement in Partnerships
- Collaborate with partners to design and execute joint programs, initiatives, or events.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of partnership activities, ensuring alignment with
organizational objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of partnership activities, agreements, and outcomes.
- Prepare reports on the effectiveness of partnerships for internal and external stakeholders.
- Attend networking events and conferences to identify potential partners, source and
generate leads and develop new and existing markets.
Programme Training and Implementation
- Conduct outdoor programmes for children as deployed
- Collaborate with the team to ensure programmes are effectively implemented in alignment
with the established learning outcomes.
- Conduct site visits to schools and deliver briefings to principals, teachers, and parents,
providing clear explanations and demonstrations of programme content as needed.
- Uphold high standards of customer service to ensure positive experiences for all
stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education or animal related courses
- 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity; conducting outdoor related programmes for
children
- Passionate of outdoor adventure sports and/or nature (wildlife and/or plants)
- Good learning attitude and open to new learning and challenges
