Job Description

The Senior Manager, Brand Design and Creative is responsible for ensuring a high quality end-to-end creative development work from concept to completion. Oversees the creation of visuals, copywriting, video, infographics, and layout for creative projects. Being a Senior Manager, Brand Design and Creative implements policies and standards that reinforce the organisation's branding strategy and quality goals. Manages graphic design, copywriting, campaign assets, and creative outsource management. Additionally, He/she leads the development of creative briefs and utilises design methodologies that meet the business objectives and timelines of the organisation and stakeholders.

The successor will devise the concepts and strategies for a particular project and will monitor its progress. He/she can implement creative assets and become the point of reference for any creative assets that want to make their way to the customers.

The goal is to achieve excellence in the execution of all creative elements, both visually and essentially, to meet customer expectations and drive our sustainable growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

Copywriting and design

  • Work with CCO as well as cross-functional partners to understand and align on project objectives, goals and requirements

  • Leverage user insights and data to inform and optimise content

  • Partner with designers to develop wireframes and iterative prototypes

  • Write, shape and deliver digital content (UI, product education, navigation, etc.)

  • Collaborate with content strategists to drive consistency across products and channels, leveraging voice, tone and brand standards

  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

  • Schedule projects and delegate to own responsibility, production houses or agencies

Video and motion

  • Manage storyboarding or conceptual ideas for the campaign video.

  • Manage the production and editing video and motion forms for the digital channels, and social media

  • Supervise production house or creative agency for the large-scaled video production; storytelling, concept, editing and composition to meet the brand guidelines.

Creative

  • Train and guide the internal team into a creative tool/creative self-service platform, e.g., Canva or any relevant creative tool

  • Write and design unique and well-crafted copies.

  • Build creative brief and supervise production house for creative assets creation

  • Build storyboard, storytelling, and creative assets deliverables for small-medium scaled projects

Project Management and agency management

  • Liaison with CCO/internal stakeholders for all local creative requirements

  • Manage end-to-end creative projects, campaign production, and any assigned tasks within a timeline.

  • Supervise and manage production house, creative agency, social media agency and 3rd party.

  • Manage creative portal/creative library.

  • Act as a head of Brand Design and Creative to ensure that all creative assets elements align with global brand standards.

 

Job Requirements

  • You're passionate about user experience

  • You're a storyteller who knows how to create clear, concise and engaging content

  • You understand design thinking and UX best practices

  • You're a problem solver with a knack for simplifying the complex

  • You have both front- and back-end content strategy experience

  • You're excited by new challenges and energised by working in a collaborative, team-based environment

  • Experienced at least 7 years in Creative or related fields

  • Proven work experience as a copywriter, creative director, or creative manager

  • Good communication in English

  • Knowing in digital media and insight is a plus

  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual/video design tools

  • Solid experience in storytelling and copywriting. Thai is mandatory, and English is a plus advantage.
