Job Responsibilities:
1. Support the Performance Management & Promotion Process

  • Develop employee communications on guidelines & timelines so that relevant stakeholders understand the process and timelines
  • Ensure that timelines are adhered to by tracking completion rate and doing the necessary follow-ups required
  • Provide helpdesk support to employees and managers to address their queries
  • Consolidate information and prepare materials for calibration/ panel meetings for panel's decision making
  • Administer Bonuses, Annual Increments / Promotion Increments, based on the approved matrices
  • Compile inputs and prepare templates for upload to system for letter generation and records
  • Review, suggest and implement improvements to performance/ promotion process to improve effectiveness/ efficiency
  • Responsible to set up HR system for the performance & management process as well as support changes and upgrades to the system. This requires understanding the requirements and working with vendor to implement the updates/changes.

2. Support Implementation of Total Rewards Strategy

  • Support in development and delivery of TR communication to increase staff awareness and appreciation of our Total Rewards
  • Support administration of staff Benefits
  • Participate in pay & benefits surveys/ external benchmarking & internal reviews to ensure that i) pay & benefits are competitive and ii) aligned to market trends/ best practices
  • Answer staff queries with regards to Total Rewards
  • Review Total Rewards policies/ Development of Guides
  • Conduct data analysis to recognise trends/ patterns in performance & rewards

3. Process upgrading/ re-designation/ transfer

  • Determine salary for upgrading/ redesignation/ transfer
  • Prepare letters to employees on their upgrading/ re-designation/ transfer
  • Provide timely support on staff enquiries on their upgrading status

4. SMM/ HR Administration

  • Data entry in SAP system for HR & senior management (eg. new hire, resignation, transfer)


Job Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years HR experience with knowledge of HR processes
  • Exposure to and interest in C&B and/ or performance management & promotion work
  • SAP experience good to have but not necessary
