Job Responsibilities:
You will report to the Asst Director of Talent Acquisition. You will manage end to end recruitment strategy through talent attraction, selection activities and onboarding and journey experience for the full suite of trainee programme. You will have 2 direct reports as you oversee the pipeline building strategy and implementation and recruitment of centre leaders roles.

These includes:

  • Design, implement and lead the end to end trainee attraction strategy, partnering HR Planning, HQ Curriculum/Pedagogist team, HR Business Partner as well as business stakeholders
  • Overseeing centre leaders recruitment (Principals and Deputy Centre Lead)
  • Design and implement end to end trainee support and engagement throughout the traineeship with aim to ensure they transit well as full fledge qualified pre-school teachers.
  • Design and implement deployment plans for employees under trainee schemes.
  • Provide strategies in re-shaping the trainee pitch to attract different caliber of target audience and introduce new extended scheme to build up local bilingual teachers to supply sufficient Chinese language/Mother Tongue language educators to fulfill/stablise growing needs.
  • Responsible for the engagement of key industry/institution partners for recruitment outreach and collaboration.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the respective recruitment channels and recommend initiatives or action plans to achieve the recruitment targets

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition/head-hunting, with good track record in managing complex requirements and partnering stakeholders
  • Experience with management of strategic recruitment
  • Demonstrated ability to be strategic, resourceful and able to multi-task under minimal supervision through customer-centric approach
  • Excellent interpersonal, consultative and problem solving skills
  • Preferably with experience in candidate experience initiatives and familiar with Applicant Tracking System.
