The Manager, Leadership & Organisational Development will be responsible for the development and deployment of effective leadership and organisational development programmes and initiatives to support the achievement of organisation goals.  This is an individual contributor role within the Leadership & Talent team.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Implement leadership development initiatives including the design and delivery of NFC people manager / leadership programmes to equip managers and leaders to lead effectively
2. Contribute to the continuous review, development and implementation of comprehensive leadership development strategy and frameworks that aligned with organisation goals and priorities
3. Design and facilitate activities, conduct workshops, and interventions to enhance team effectiveness and collaboration of the leadership team
4. Design and facilitate organisational development initiatives to support the execution of business strategies and enhance business performance
5. Contribute to the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of NFC’s leadership & organisational development framework and initiatives
6. Work with stakeholders to execute change initiatives
7. Administration of leadership potential and other psychometric assessment tools to support the identification and development of talent

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Education, Communications or a related field
2. At least 5 years of training/ organisational development experience and/or 8 years of HR experience with keen interest in training/ organisational development
3. DDI certification and experience designing and implementing effective organisational development initiatives will be considered favourably
4. Demonstrated ability in managing multiple stakeholders and strong interpersonal skills
