The core purpose of the role is to plan and support marketing campaigns & activities for MFS under NTUC First Campus. The successful candidate will be accountable for implementing marketing activities to generate demand and meet enrollment targets while driving overall brand awareness and brand reputation.

Job Responsibilities:
1) Campaign management and implementation
- Support in developing best-in-class marketing plans for My First Skool to drive brand preference and demand generation (leads acquisition, centre utilisation).
- Hands-on execution of 360 campaigns across online (digital ads, social media, database marketing), and offline (traditional print, events, flyers, posters) channels.
- Manage creative and media agencies to drive performance in a timely and effective manner.
- Market Intelligence - Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends to identify opportunities
- Apply best practices for customer experience
- Support evaluation and suggest partnerships that are aligned with the brand values of My First Skool and help grow affinity amongst the prospective parents
2) Digital and Campaign Analytics
- Evaluate and recommend efficiency of marketing efforts, areas to optimise performance.
- Measure and report the performance of marketing activities against goals and KPI (marketing efficiency targets like CPL/ CPA, leads and brand awareness targets) with key learnings, insights and recommendations for marketing optimisation
3) Marketing Budget & Timeline Management
- Ensure all marketing activities are executed successfully within the approved budget and campaign timelines.
4) Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with the internal stakeholders to ensure marketing campaign understanding and buy-ins. This may include on-site visits and knowledge of each centre’s unique selling propositions.
5) Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends to identify opportunities.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of marketing experience in developing integrated marketing campaigns through offline and online channels or customer experience work
- Strong grasp of digital and social media platforms and strategies
- Proven strong demand generation capabilities in previous work
- Proactively seek out and understand the latest digital and creative strategy that will support the growth of the My First Skool business objectives
- Good presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate, present and connect with both internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of drip marketing tools like HubSpot etc. preferred
