In this trailblazing role, you will be instrumental in shaping a vibrant community for students aged 7-12. You will develop engaging programmes that go beyond traditional after-school care, fostering valuable life skills alongside academic support. Our ultimate goal? Job Responsibilities:
Leadership in Curriculum Development: 

  • Lead the planning, development, and implementation of an expansive life skills curriculum that builds 21st-century competencies.
  • Oversee the creation of training materials, ensuring alignment with educational goals and student needs.

Centre Management and Student Care:

  • Oversee all aspects of the centre’s student care services, ensuring a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for students.
  • Manage and enhance the Gamified Rewards System to foster motivation, personalized learning, and a culture of achievement.
  • Ensure that autonomous activities planned at the centre meet their intended objectives and contribute to student development.

Program and Staff Management:

  • Collaborate with SEED HQ staff to manage and oversee enrichment programs, ensuring they are aligned with the centre's educational goals.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, fostering a high-performing team that delivers exceptional educational experiences.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring that the team comprises skilled and passionate educators who embody the values of Seed Campus.

Partnership Development:

  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with external organizations to develop programs, workshops, and events that enhance the centre’s curriculum.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with partners that offer diverse perspectives, enriching students' learning experiences and broadening their horizons.

Organizational Development:

  • Serve as a key team member in establishing the processes, practices, and culture of Seed Campus, shaping the company’s communication, environment, and overall culture.

Customer Engagement and Communication:

  • Act as a primary representative of Seed Campus’s offerings, engaging with parents and stakeholders to communicate the value and impact of the centre’s programs.
  • Recommend strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen relationships with the parent community.

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Education or related subject and/or field with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a MOE school and/or MOE HQ, preferably in the primary levels.
  • Experience in the International Baccalaureate programme and/or high ability learners will be an advantage.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement creative and engaging programmes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with students, families, staff and partners.
  • A passion for innovation and a desire to contribute to a groundbreaking educational model.
  • Competency and experience in handling centre/school operations and budget management will be an advantage.
  • Open to working on roster shift ending at 7.30pm
