We are seeking for a Senior/Executive, Creative Design to join our creative team. As a designer, you will gain hands-on experience in the creative design process and contribute to various projects. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our in-house design and marketing team as well as external agencies, develop your skills, and bring ideas to life. You will mainly be assisting in the creation of visual content, participate in brainstorming sessions, and support the execution of design projects when needed from concept to completion.

Job Responsibilities:
● Creating visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various platforms (digital and print)
● Designing and producing simple animations and motion graphics for marketing campaigns and digital ads
● Collaborating with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm ideas and develop creative concepts
● Ensuring all designs and animations align with brand guidelines and convey the desired message effectively
● Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
● Edit and improve designs based on feedback from senior team members

● Lead, manage and execute a wide range of design projects alongside the creative lead, from initial concept to final production, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and creativity, providing updates and liaising with different stakeholders
● Strategic Design Planning - Work closely with the creative lead and other stakeholders to develop and implement design strategies that align with company goals and objectives
● Stay Current with Design Trends - Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate them into the company’s design practices.

Job Requirements:
● Relevant / diploma / degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience).
● Motion design / animation skills
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
● Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
● Ability to take direction and feedback positively and apply it to improve designs.
● Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
● A portfolio showcasing your design work and creative projects is required.
● Creative and strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail.
