We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team.  Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be one of the key members playing a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring talents to drive our company's growth and success. You will lead and manage the talent acquisition process from start to finish, collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and execute effective recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract good quality candidates.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

  • Manage Talent Acquisition programs to attract and recruit talents for the company. 

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and requirements for job posting.

  • Utilise various recruiting tools and platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates.

  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

  • Extend offers and manage offer negotiations, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Collaborate with various HR teams and hiring departments to onboard new employees and ensure a smooth transition.

  • Regular updates and reporting to the Business Units on recruitment status.

  • Organise recruitment fairs and walk-in interviews at various locations. 

  • Review HR policies relating to Talent Acquisition to ensure that the policies align with business objectives, and are in compliance with the employment act and its regulations.

  • Managing and leading projects that involve planning, coordinating, and overseeing initiatives related to Talent Acquisition.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines with at least 8 years of relevant HR experience, specialising in recruitment and/or talent acquisition. 

  • Successful track record in managing complex requirements and partnering stakeholders in talent sourcing.

  • Strategic, resourceful and ability to multitask under minimal supervision with a customer-centric approach.

  • Strong knowledge of best practices in recruitment and sourcing techniques.

  • Highly skilled in managing and motivating a small team to meet recruitment targets and problem solving.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Highly organised with a strong attention to details and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools and platforms.

  • Strong team player with a proactive and open mindset to take the initiative and collaborate with multiple stakeholders. 

  • Passionate about the early childhood sector with a strong dedication to deliver results.
