The Manager, Talent Management & Organisation Development is responsible for the design, development and deployment of effective talent identification and leadership development tools and initiatives to support the achievement of organisation goals. It is an individual contributor role within the Leadership & Talent team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and facilitate regular leadership engagement and development initiatives to support the effective execution of business strategies and enhance business performance
- Contribute to the design of NFC’s Leadership Development strategy and plan to achieve business objectives
- Work with stakeholders to execute change initiatives
- Contribute to the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of NFC’s Talent Management framework and initiatives
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of initiatives to build NFC’s Talent Pipeline, which includes but is not limited to the running of the Management Associate programme, internships and scholarships
- Responsible for the administration and evaluation of leadership assessment tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Education, Communications or a related field

At least 5 years of Organisational Development experience and/or 8 years of HR experience with keen interest in Organisational Development

Experience with potential assessment tools and experience designing and implementing effective organisational development initiatives will be considered favourably

Demonstrated ability in managing multiple stakeholders and strong interpersonal skills
