Senior / Executive, HR Payroll (1-yr Contract)

Job Responsibilities:
·Perform end-to-end
(a) monthly payroll runs for active employees; and / or
(b) daily / monthly payroll runs local / foreigner resignees (including submission of IR21)

· Assist in department’s functions for payroll / leave / benefits activities such as leave recovery, CPF submissions, government-paid claim submissions, WICA reimbursements, negative pay follow-up, reports, leave and benefits administration, etc

· Assist in the year-end preparation and submission of IR8A

· Participate in system update activities

· Ensure internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are kept up to date

· Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements for all pay related matters

· Respond to employees’ queries and provide support to departments when needed

· Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Finance) where necessary


Job Requirements:
· Diploma / Degree in Business, Finance or any related discipline

· At least 3 years of payroll experience for at least 1000 headcount in a local setting

· Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, CPF and Income Tax legislation

· Experience with SAP / SuccessFactors system will be an added advantage

· Able to manage multiple tasks in a changing environment
