Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and process daily HR operations and provide guidance on appropriate handling of non-routine transactions as required
- Perform, review and ensure work is in compliance with regulations, laws as well as agreed service levels
- Evaluate processes, procedures, controls and systems technology to determine the most efficient work process opportunities
- Recommend solutions to streamline processes and improve service delivery and employee experience
- In charge of maintaining and updating HR Policies, Handbook and Employee Portal
- Draft HR policies and communication plans whenever there are changes
- Provide analysis and reporting of Key HR statistics and data needs
- Involve in implementation and maintenance of HRIS


Job Requirements:
- Degree in HR or Business-related discipline
- At least 5 years’ experience in HR Operations with some experience in a HR Shared Services environment
- Able to review and propose sound HR policies together with process changes, ensuring the HR Information System meets organizational needs
- Domain knowledge of SAP/Success Factor will be an added advantage
