As a Business Analyst, you will be working closely with the users to achieve the desired outcomes of SN2. This will involve helping the stakeholders align with the strategic goals of SN2, understanding the business needs, helping users to streamline and simplify business processes, and exploring innovative solutions in leading change. You will also be working with the technology teams to translate the streamlined processes into IT requirements and ensure the timely implementation of the SN2 releases.


Job Responsibilities:
a) Work with the users to elicit and document the business needs, and apply appropriate techniques such as Design Thinking / Service Design / Process Redesign to derive gaps and challenges in the current-state, and to design future-state design and solutions;
b) Facilitate the prioritisation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders;
c) Collect, analyse, synthesize and draw insights from user research, workshop output and other data points to formulate hypothesis and recommendations;
d) Ensure effective change management for product rollout, including updating training content, providing training and providing onsite support for new centres;
e) Provide support to ensure successful completion of key project activities, and
f) Develop and maintain project deliverables, such as requirements documentation, user guide, operation guide and training guide.

 

Job Requirements:
a) Diploma/Degree with minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst
b) Participated in at least one full application/product development cycle, preferably using Agile methodology
c) Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills
d) Ability to learn quickly and apply
e) Good communications skills with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholder
f) Confidence in managing ambiguity and the ability to put across sophisticated concepts in an understandable manner
g) Familiarity with methodologies such as Design Thinking, Service Design, Process Redesign, UX, UI.
