Job Responsibilities:
Primary Duties:

  • Lead / support end-to-end project cycle activities, such as requirements gathering, prototype, testing, data migration, training, go-live and post-production support
  • Work with users, IT and/or vendors to ensure user requirements are met satisfactorily and project is delivered within timeline and scope
  • Ideate, explore, and recommend creative, robust, and scalable solutions aim to streamline and simplify processes, and improve productivity with the use of technologies and tools (e.g. RPA and Google Apps Script)
  • Train power users, business users, and end users, as needed
  • Maintain foundation objects and configurations across HR systems
  • Analyse, troubleshoot, and rectify issues raised to HRIS team
  • Develop and maintain SOPs
  • Ensure requests and incidents are addressed and closed within agreed SLAs
  • Support any other work as assigned


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Information technology or any related discipline
  • At least 3 years in supporting SAP SuccessFactors in Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Time-off, PMGM, Learning, CPI & Report Centre, Succession Planning; preferably with experience with supporting PageUp
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in maintaining SF Foundation objects, Reports, Mass Changes, etc.
  • Good to have knowledge in
    • Creating and tracing of business rules
    • Supporting/Creating Custom MDFs
    • Roles based permissions
  • Good knowledge and understanding of HR practices and processes including payroll
  • Possesses and displays good verbal, written communication, presentation, interpersonal skill, and ability to influence stakeholders and partners across vendors and team
  • Meticulous and independent worker
  • Ability to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-driven, analytical, resourceful and possess great problem-solving skills
