The HR BP Assistant Manager / Manager will be required to work closely with BU Business Leaders and line managers on the development and implementation of People Strategy which supports the short term and medium term goals for business and on talent planning. Able to think from strategies to operationalising it, and assess the impact on the business while being able to develop approaches that achieve shared organisation goals. 

 

The role includes the following: 

  • a trusted and proactive partner to Business leaders and employees on HR related matters.
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management.
  • Understanding of business goals and challenges, analyse internal manpower trends and formulate short term strategies, tactics and initiatives to strengthen centre health, staff engagement and retention.
  • Strengthen retention by understand attrition trends and reasons and engaging various stakeholders on retention strategies
  • Facilitate performance and retention management strategies
  • Co-create implementation of policies and provide feedback based on employee interaction.
  • support building of effective people managers through designing of content, sharing of practices, statistics and toolkits at quarterly principals’ area meeting.
  • Provide inputs and seek ways to improve employee experience on HR related processes
  • Design and implement effective employee-communication and change management

 

Pre-requisites :

  • Bachelor’s Degree qualification with at least 5 years’ experience as a HR generalist with 3 years' experience in HR Business Partner work of at least 300 employees and above.
  • Attune to business as well as strong engagement, communication and influencing skills across all levels of staff and relates well with people
  • Ability to analyse data and storytell
  • Possess critical thinking and excellent report writing skills
  • Fluent in Mandarin (read and write)
