Job Responsibilities:
- Cyclical Maintenance and Upgrading Works including Grant Claims
- Oversee and manage contract services process, e.g. selection of sub-contractors, preparation of suitable tender specifications and documentation, tender invitation, tender evaluation, tender award recommendations for sub-contractors
- Manage emergency and ad-hoc repairs, breakdowns and troubleshooting. Provide technical support and attendance where necessary.
- Manage and act as the co-ordination point between the various sub-contractors and/or service providers for major cases.
- Supervise cost control, including provision of monthly financial reports on the progress claims on works done by the different sub-contractor.
- Lease Administration including keeping and maintaining proper records of all documents and correspondences including but not limited to the tenancy and licence agreements, valuation reports, survey plans, addition and alteration plans, planning permissions, service reports and documentary evidence of all expenditure incurred
- FMS Administration
Job Requirements
- Min 5 years of experience in facilities management and planning
- Experience in managing contract services and lead a team to manage the maintenance
- Experience in managing budget and lease administration
- Resourceful and a nurturing leader
