Job Responsibilities:
• Manage administration of Curriculum Training
• Manage the back-end training administration for internal and external training courses and ad hoc course creation requests
• Generate post course evaluation reports and compile quarterly consolidated summary reports of all curriculum courses
• Manage room bookings and zoom link creations and logistic requirements

Job Requirements:
Administration of Curriculum Training
o Set up curriculum training courses, auto assignment profiles and distribution of the mobile learning programs in LMS
o Prepare course announcement and course listing for weekly Learning Circular
o Track training enrolments and take action to maximise training capacity, if necessary
o Coordinate with external vendor in relation to training administration
o Coordinate overall training calendar for the Group

Administration of internal and external training courses
o Set up all external and internal course items and sessions in LMS
o Perform record learning of training courses in LMS
o Manage ad hoc course creation request in LMS

Support in the generation and compilation of post course evaluation reports for Curriculum Training
o Generate weekly post course evaluation and save in the shared drive for Trainers’ review
o Compile consolidated summary reports of all curriculum training quarterly

Manage Zoom link creations and room bookings and other logistic requirements
o Create Zoom links for all MFS internal curriculum / LDU training
o Place orders and liaise with external vendors on rooms, refreshment and stationeries for when needed.
