Responsibilities

  • Check and process refunds
  • Assist in Billing Support adjustment
  • Giro activation in system
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders such as Business Centre on submission of documents
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting / LCCI
  • At least 2 year of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP Function)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous and able to work independently under tight deadlines
